What do I need to access DriverMatch?
Our solution is cloud based, which means it can be viewed on any device with an internet browser.
How much does it cost?
DriverMatch incurs an annual subscription, plus an ongoing minimal cost per journey
Can more than one person login at the same time?
Absolutely, you can have as many users as you would like
Does it include any reporting solution?
DriverMatch includes several reports out of the box, including driver and patient data, and journeys completed. Further reports can be included in the solution on request
Will DriverMatch be able to track availability of our volunteer drivers?
Yes, DriverMatch can show individual driver availability, down to the hours in a specific day
Does the price include Backups?
Yes, we will backup your data overnight and we store it for three months. Longer backups can be requested.
Is DriverMatch customisable?
Yes, working with our team of developers, additional bespoke functionality can be added to the solution. Depending on what this involves, further costs maybe incurred.
